I support this bill to establish a program that would provide grants to households that are in areas vulnerable to severe weather events. Making retrofits would reduce the number and size of insurance claims after these severe events.

I support this bill because I think it would move the state toward a more realistic view of current & future weather challenges. It also intends to reduce the frequency and severity of insurance claims.
