I would make only one edit, redact the names of any of the victims who prefer it that way, whether they are now a child or an adult. No use in getting innocent people harassed. Anyone contained therein that is guilty of a crime needs to experience the consequences of their actions. This should be a bi-partisan effort. We shouldn't be caring what side of the isle these individuals reside on. Or how much money they have. Or who they are. Transparency is what we are asking for.
