Weather modification is plaguing our environment. I see the sky loaded with aerosols in a daily basis. The clouds are manade and the weather is completely erratic. There is plenty of documentation as well as observational evidence that this is constantly happening. I urge you to ban this pollution masked as “research”. Nothing, especially heavy metals, should ever be dropped on the earth from jets or anything else.

Testimony Against HR 35 HR 35 seeks to prohibit the intentional release of polluting emissions related to geoengineering activities such as cloud seeding and weather modification, but it neglects the nuanced discussions required to adequately address climate-focused interventions. While the intention to preserve the atmosphere of New Hampshire is commendable, the bill oversimplifies complex scientific practices that can potentially mitigate adverse weather conditions exacerbated by climate change. Restricting these efforts may limit valuable research opportunities and diminish our ability to respond to environmental challenges effectively, placing local agriculture and natural resources at risk during extreme weather events. Moreover, the resolution's focus on prohibiting geoengineering overlooks the necessity for clear regulations and scientific oversight. Instead of advancing a blanket ban, legislators should advocate for a balanced approach that includes comprehensive studies and community engagement, ensuring that any implementation of technology is done responsibly and transparently. Engaging with scientific experts and stakeholders presents a more effective strategy for safeguarding our environment while allowing for innovative solutions that may contribute positively to climate resilience. It is crucial that we embrace a forward-thinking perspective that weighs the potential benefits of responsible weather modification against the need for environmental protection, rather than dismissing it altogether.

Hello, Please stand with the growing number of states and anti-geo engineering community and oppose weather modification and spraying of chemicals in our skies to block the sun. It just happens today is a big spraying day. I hope you looked up.

We should never approve or disapprove bills until all the complete" facts " and Truth are available and taken into consideration.. Voting on global objectives that are riddled with theories versus actual personal context is how the US was founded.. Opinions are a sure outcome for a bad decision .. The ideal is to always vote on safety versus information filed through global agencies or organizations that could easily be deceiving our attempts to allow the citizens of the state of NH to have all the pertinent information needed to make wise choices .. We are a Sovereign nation and our freedoms need to be respected and taken into account.as we work together in shaping the future for our families who deserve the blessings for a better tomorrow..

I strongly urge my representatives to vote in support of this bill. We in New Hampshire deserve to have clean skies and water ways. We enjoy such a beautiful state we need to ensure the health of our skies, soil, wildlife and our health as well. Please consider the long term effects of what these seeding companies and or government agencies are doing to our natural resources and our overall health.

It's time to stop any seeding of clouds in New Hampshire. Many states are also passing this law. We don't need added chemicals landing in lakes, gardens and farms in New Hampshire.

I fully support ending the Weather modification via Stratospheric Aerosol Injections. This phenomena has never littered our skies more than it has been doing for the past 5 year, and increasingly worse. The blocking of the sun rays has blanketed our skies. The precious sun rays provide life giving vitamin D and cannot break through the blanket. Other strange occurrence that are occurring frequently are "sun dogs" which equate to puddles of chemicals giving off a rainbow effect around the sun and moon. Another are the strange shadows reflecting off of the aerosol injections to cause black lines where the airplane emission is, like an upside-down shadow. Please vote yes to pass this bill. Collectively as a country we can make our wish heard.

The chemicals being released into the atmosphere for "environmental" purposes are toxic. I do not want them in the air we breathe. I do not want them to settle in the soil we touch and plant our gardens in. I do not want them settling into our water sources. I did not vote to become a science experiment!

I firmly reject any and all polluting emissions, cloud seeding and weather modifications in the state of New Hampshire. It has been a fairly regular occurrence in Barrington and it has been negatively affecting my crops, my landscaping and the forest surrounding me. This Christmas, my outdoor decorations were covered with a gray film. On one occasion last spring, my vehicle was covered with a brown film. This concerns me most for the health or our citizens and this should never be allowed. I thank you for bringing this important issue forward and urgently request your support of HR35.

I can see no good from spraying chemicals into our sky's, only harm can come to the people and the animals, no one knows what the short term or long term harm can come from this.

Please clear our air It is causing so much disease contamination memory loss and more, people are leaving our country, it seems like chemical warfare and it is only happening to the Usa. It's wrong and we all know better! It has been going on far too long. I am worried about my children and grandchildren+ the next 7 generations.

I believe the majority of the public are well aware of past, current & ongoing weather modification operations/ experiments; few are still naive enough to believe that the pollution in our skies is merely "condensation trails". What benefit or propose, even, do these experiments serve? Do rewards outweigh risks? Does anyone even know?? In my opinion, the long- term effects won't be known until they are prevelently occurring- perhaps 10 years from now or perhaps next week-- who knows?! As Dr. David Keith said himself at the 2015 Global Geo-engineering summit when asked of long- term effects of weather modification technology, "We are riding on the backs of our grandchildren." Why? Banning particular weather modification operations is for the betterment of not few or select people, it would be for the betterment of us all... beyond humanity. I understand that the State can not hold jurisdiction over "Federal air space", however, I strongly believe that even eliminating operations from being conducted within close proximity to all life forms will significantly decrease the risks to health & well- being, over all. Signed, Nicole R. McAuley
