The situation which caused Congress to make it easier for the US to use military force has been resolved. It is time for Congress to reassert its Constitutional authority to declare war. I support peace, and the limitation of our ability to go to war to the situations in which Congress determines it is necessary and justified. Right now, we are taking military action more frequently, and with less apparent thought being given to the purpose of the military action and what will bring it to an end.

The Authorizations for Use of Military Force has long outlived it's justification. It's now a carte blanche check to wage war.
