please get rid of DST. It's killing us

Ending daylight saving time may simplify schedules for residents and reduce health disruptions, but it is largely procedural and does not affect core social equity or environmental issues.

I think it makes sense for NH to eliminate Daylight Savings Time if the New England states that surround us do.

This bill represents the federally approved and most widely supported way to finally end the harmful Daylight Saving Time switch, with implementation coordinated alongside neighboring states. Permanent Standard Time is the natural choice for our bodies and our communities improving sleep, health, mood, safety, learning, and economic stability. Makes sense for NH to follow our neighboring states when they all have abolished DST.

If Arizona can do it, why can't we? Don't give me the bit about the other nearby states and how folks cross the boarders all the time. Do something good for THIS state and its residents. Put us on Zulu time for all I care, but please stop messing with the clock.

I am one of the public that is seriously affected by Daylight Savings Time. It wreaks havoc with my biology. Being an early riser, just as it starts getting lighter early in the spring, DST comes around and moves the light back another hour. In addition I am forced to go to work everyday an hour early. Although I am not a New Hampshire resident, this bill would affect me, and I strongly support it. I would like all New England states to do away with the twice-yearlly clock change and to use Eastern Standard Time year-round. This would be good for residents' convenience, health and well-being.
