I support this bill, and I ask that you do too! During the Covid era, a bill passed to give all healthcare facilities in New Hampshire a blanket immunity regarding Covid-19. This bill repeals this liability shield. As far as I'm concerned, this shield should have NEVER been granted to begin with! Greetings from Sullivan County I support this bill to end immunity from prosecution for the medical industrial complex. This is the only way to preserve our rights, Sue those who violate them. It will likely make healthcare more expensive, but I know of no other means to prevent shoddy care, since competition is illegal in government healthcare.
