This is a good bill to help protect children in New Hampshire.

I am NOT in favor... This Bill is Bad News. As an Individual raised by the System my thought's are this Bill gives to much Unchecked Power to DCYF and Psychologists without any oversight. The Child is out of sight and out of mind without oversight from an outside Agency. Also, I agree with the following Quote "This bill provides for psychological evaluations for children in delinquency and CHINS cases, potentially increasing service provider involvement in the commoditization of children via courts that do not adhere to due process requirements. It permits evaluations by psychologists—or under their supervision—without requiring clinical credentials. "Supervision" could allow non-psychologists to conduct evaluations, with a psychologist merely signing off remotely. Consequently, unqualified child protective social workers might end up conducting these evaluations". Thank you for your time and consideration, Sincerely, Paul C. Tofanelli
