Carol Petrusewicz for Myself Rochester My favorite part of this Resolution is "can be sold as individual cuts directly from the farm producer to the end consumer." My challenge is the USDA should stay out of local sales all together. Local farmers selling to local people do NOT cross state lines, therefore the US Constitution of interstate commerce does NOT apply. This Resolution should include this fact and remind the Federal Government that they have no business in NH when interstate commerce does not apply. This is very important the NH exercise its Constitutional Arms in our Constitutional Republican form of government. | Rochester | Support | 593 | Mar 18, 2025 | |
