This technology has been around for a long time with plenty of documentation to prove it is dangerous to all living life. The sad thing about this happening in NH and around the country is that every person I ask if they know that this is happening knew nothing about it. I started asking about it 2 years ago when I noticed planes flying in a grid pattern with a long con-trail, only to find out that they are cem-trails. (Con-trails disappear faster). High school science. This must stop with out question.

I have the genetic defect that causes ALS. My neurologist told me I have to do everything possible to stay away from environmental toxins and heavy metals, but that is exactly what they are spraying out of airplanes over our heads. It’s getting into our air, water and soil. We’re breathing it in. We’re eating it from our home grown fruits and vegetables. Please stop this toxic practice!!! I lost 3 members of my family to ALS. My 3 daughters shouldn’t have to see this disease take my life also!

I strongly support this bill. I think releasing chemicals into the atmosphere is terrible and should be stopped immediately. I think it is a health hazard, and I think messing with our weather only throws the natural process out of whack in negative ways.

This bill will ensure the safety of New Hampshire Residents and exercise the rights of the state over what influences its own land.

It took a while for me, an Earth Science teacher, to be convinced that what I was seeing in the sky was not just contrails. However, I started to pay more attention and think critically about what I observed, especially when the geometric crisis cross patterns started to emerge. Later, I noticed these “trails” being turned off and on without any seeming change in altitude. I now know that we are being sprayed. Unless we are being sprayed with water, I think as citizens of this state we should be informed as to what is being put up in our sky…Afterall, it doesn’t stay up there. As an intelligent person, I deserve to know not only what is being sprayed on me but also the reason why it is being done. Only in that way can I decide if it is worth losing the lovely blue skies of New Hampshire which I miss so much when our world is so altered. No one has a right to arbitrarily and capriciously rob me of nature’s blue sky.

Every day I have planes fly overhead that create clouds. Last Summer was so bad that my tomatoes never ripened.

It is extremely concerning to me that NGOs and government agencies would purposely and voluntarily spray harmful agents over whole cities and towns in New Hampshire. I have children and I understand that US EPA and New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services is not doing anything to address this problem which is totally unacceptable. Please stop allowing this and pass this bill.

As a pilot, engineer, and former member of the U.S. Air Force, I am well aware of the increasing amount of non-contrail material routinely trailing jets in the skies over NH. This has become increasingly obvious over the past 15-20 years. Being familiar with the mechanics of modern jet engines, I can attest that they generate minimal water vapor condensation trails, aka "con-trails". These generally equal no more than 3-4 x the length of the jet, and remain visible for a few moments at most. True contrails cannot persist long enough to leave the cloud-like tracks that I have often seen extending nearly from horizon to horizon, nor the patterns of crossing lines that I, and countless other Granite Staters, have observed being left by jets flying overhead. This raises the question of what is generating the 'trails' left behind jets, which dissipate only very gradually, often leaving a high, patterned layer of obviously artificial 'clouds'. Whatever substances these jet trails are composed of, they clearly are not merely water vapor, nor are the natural. Whatever substances are being used - aluminum, sulfates, mylar "chaff" and other aerosolized and nano-particles are among the materials that I have read are being "injected" into our atmosphere from planes, drones, and balloons - they don't belong there. Attempts to alter the climate by artificial means are foolish at best, and at least as likely to have harmful even unanticipated effects as an theoretical benefit. Fooling around with the natural climate & weather system of the planet by dispersing toxic materials into the atmosphere, which inevitably fall closer to earth where they are inhaled, and then contaminate the soil, is unjustifiable. I'm extremely disturbed that contaminants and chemicals are permitted to be spread across our skies to infiltrate and pollute our air, our water, our gardens and yards, our wildlife and other natural resources, as well as all of us. I've had cancer twice, myself. We must stop spreading toxins, and poisoning ourselves and our planet!

I am writing to support this bill. No human or corporation should be taking actions or putting technology or chemicals into our air as it will travel the globe. The Earth is the best mendor of the damage humans have caused. No amount of hubris should let anyone person or company think they are more knowing than Mother Nature herself.

I am strictly in support of stopping all Geo engineering and weather modification and air pollution in NH.. we all have the right to breathe clean air and this has violated our rights for years. Contaminants from the air have been tested and heavy metals are highly present and have made people very ill. There is a very long list of detrimental effects to people, all living beings, and our environment. This needs to stop 100.% immediately. It is a violation of our rights. I never voted for this, and I certainly don’t enjoy paying for it-in more ways than financial.

Stop manipulating the weather.

I support prohibiting geoengineering, including the intentional release of polluting emissions, with the exception for the use of cloud seeding during a catastrophic drought, maing penalties for violation of such a prohibition, and requiring the commissioner of the department of environmental services to notify federal agencies of the prohibition and penalties for violating such prohibition.

We need transparency before experimentation without justification. These chemicals have the potential to poison and at what cost we do not know. We need to support transparency so that we can vote to give consent to such a matter. If given the opportunity I do believe your children, spouse, family, neighbors, community members, and the general public deserve a path to transparency.

Citizens have a right to clean air and the environment of NH have a right to a clean environment. Spraying unknown chemicals in the air above NH takes away that right.

I strongly support this bill. Public health, and the health of our pets and animals, our beautiful planet and all of its beautiful creatures are at stake with the spraying of toxic chemicals in our atmosphere and the use of harmful electromagnetic radiation to disperse these chemicals, and to modify or control the weather. Please support this bill. Thank you.

Chemicals used in such spraying as cloud seeding and weather modifications and others cause great environmental harm and health hazards for humans and animals and vegetation. It also contributes a great deal to “climate change.” It is therefore in the best interest of the people of this state and the environment to support this bill and end the intentional atmospheric pollution caused by the spraying of harmful chemical soups.
