Please support an OTP recommendation on HB658. This bill will reauthorize the collection of the oil import license fees required to support the Oil Discharge and Disposal Cleanup Fund which has as its goal, to protect NH's environment and public health. GIven the number of contaminants impacting NH citizens and our natural resources, we must do everything in our power to protect both. HB658 also increases the reimbursement limit available to low-income homeowners to upgrade home heating oil tanks, benefitting NH citizens, saving resources, and protecting the environment. . Thank you for your time. Kind regards, Rep. Nancy Murphy
