There is no way this should be allowed. No one should be taking hallucinogens and NH should not be encouraging this; which this Bill does. People with a history of mental illness should not take hallucinogens, because they can trigger or aggravate conditions like schizophrenia, mania, or depression. How do you propose to enforce this?
