I am not sure the gamble taken (a very big one) will play out as the bill's author(s) believes it will. My very grave concern is whether or not the NH AG would vigorously defend this law, and who else will step up to the plate. There are many groups that may, but QUALITY counts more than quantity in legal representation. I think this is worth considering.
