Creating a moratorium on issuing any new landfill permits until 2030 makes sense for NH. NH land has a much higher value than welcoming in out of state trash. It is in the best interest of NH residents and our waterways to address the current documented problems of PFAS contamination. Let's work together to fulfill the 2022 NH Solid Waste Plan and reduce NH's trash by 25% by 2030.

It is my opinion this bill will create a better balance between business and a healthy environment. A for profit business should never be allowed to destroy and disrupt the environment and our small communities, fit their gains. Please do the right thing for our future generations.
